We are very pleased to welcome the new addition of our ‘Seal n Cook’ fish service.

We can now prepare the fish of your choice and seal it in a ready to pop into the oven bag along with some butter and herbs as is your want.

The bag even tells you how long the fish should be cooked for and at what temperature.

It couldn’t be simpler and it means the smell of fish is sealed within the bag too.

Whether it be dinner for the family or dinner for a party of 12 you really don’t have to lift a finger – all you have to do is pop into La Poissonnerie and we’ll do the rest for you – perfect!

We are very pleased to announce that Chris Hubbard and Kyle Carpenter (subject to him passing the Radio Operatives Licence) of the Royal Rebel, have achieved their Skippers tickets!

Does this mean they will now be trusted to Skipper the Rebel while Jim eats bacon sandwiches and snores????

Monteum has proved funds for a new Coastal Rowing Four for Shoreham Rowing Club. We hope the Club enjoys our contribution as much as we enjoy seeing them working hard out there. 🙂
