Here at Monteum we sell our fish to both the retail & wholesale markets through our fish shop, La Poissonnerie, as well as exporting to Europe. Fresh fish is landed daily onto our quayside in Shoreham-By-Sea, West Sussex and is on display within the Fishmongers within a matter of hours of being caught.
